6. Subscription and Payments

Badge Brain offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion

7. User Responsibilities

• Failure to pass any examination
• Reliance on inaccurate or outdated information
• Any decisions made based on content in the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Badge Brain and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
