How do I cancel my subscription?â–¼
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Settings page. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is my progress saved if I cancel?â–¼
Yes, your progress, achievements, and statistics are saved even if you cancel your subscription. If you resubscribe later, all your data will still be there.
Do you offer refunds?â–¼
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Badge Brain Pro, contact us at support@badgebrain.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How long should I study before my police exam?â–¼
We recommend studying for at least 4-8 weeks before your police exam. With Badge Brain's daily study system, studying 1-2 hours per day, you can build the knowledge and confidence needed to pass.
What's the best way to use Badge Brain?â–¼

How do streaks and XP work?â–¼
You earn XP (experience points) for every correct answer. Your streak increases each day you study. Longer streaks and more XP unlock achievements and help you track your progress. The gamification system is designed to keep you motivated and consistent in your studies.
How do I choose what content to study?â–¼
Visit the Library section to browse all available content. You can subscribe to specific sections that match your exam requirements. For example, if you're preparing for a Texas exam, subscribe to Texas Penal Code sections. If you're studying for a promotional exam, add Leadership & Supervision content. Only subscribe to what you need to keep your study sessions focused.
